October 2017, at the usual tiger's nest. It's always the same place, but it's the only place I know of that lets me photograph the bottles and labels in their entirety.
Hanazakari is a sake produced by Hanamori Shuzo in Yaotsu-cho, Gifu Prefecture. The rice used is 100% Hidahomare produced in Gifu Prefecture.
