This is a rice-only sake made with out-of-order Yamada-Nishiki rice.
The brewery recommends it cold, but I was not strongly impressed with the regional junmai sake, so I warmed it up. It had a slight bitterness, and I think I preferred the Gekkeikan Tsuki that we compared.
To be honest, it didn't really hit me either cold or warmed.
This was the first packaged sake from a Shizuoka brewery. Are there others?
