いーじーThis is the first home brew of sake purchased in Kyushu since my return to Fukuoka.
It was purchased at a liquor store in Tenjin.
The aroma is sweet but a little harsh on the acidity. It was described as a melon-type ginjo aroma, but I didn't detect much of it.
It is slightly carbonated and quite dry. It also has a bitter taste and is somewhat complex.
You may be surprised at the difference in taste if you drink it thinking it is refreshing and crisp like Mio Sparkling. こまっちゃんAfter returning to my parents' house in Saga and Fukuoka to see them, I boarded the Shinkansen from Hakata and went to 🚅something called Izakaya Shinkansen. 🍶Open 🍶❗️.
The first aroma is sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the taste of steamed rice along with a shwashy sensation. It also has sweetness and light bitterness, but it is not as sweet as expected. However, if you keep drinking it, the taste may become a little dry.
Serve with grilled Hakata Jidori chicken. It goes well with the sweetness of the sauce. It might also be good with salty persimmon peas.
