Mitsuko
Karashuzo's new summer sake, "Ryo Junmai Ginjo" and "Ryo Junmai
They have refreshing labels that look like fireworks.

Let's start with the "Ryo Junmai".
It has a faint yama-buki color. Despite the sweet and gorgeous aroma, it has a refreshing sourness in the mouth. The taste of the rice and the alcohol is strong.
Sake rice: 100% Hatan Nishiki
