Purchased at a sake store in Fukushima City.
It was the first time for me to drink this brand, which is not easily seen even in Fukushima Prefecture. It seems that there is not much of it in circulation.
The taste is thick and dry, but the aftertaste is clean. It has a clean aftertaste, with no unpleasant taste or strange aroma, and it goes down smoothly.
It gives the impression of an authentic junmai ginjo-shu. It can be matched with a wide range of dishes. We widely recommend this bottle.
