I bought this sake at an event in Yurakucho.
Mr. Fuyuki was selling it, but he was a very talkative person and there were never a shortage of customers.
You are a salesman, aren't you?
The taste is a rich dry sake.
It is a mixture of various old sake, so it is very drinkable and tasty.
The entrée was a random dish called "Mekabu Natto". It is simply natto mixed with seasoned mekabu and other pickles, such as okra, green onion, ooba, myoga, or other spicy vegetables.
