Orchid Honor by Yamanari Sake Brewery in Ibara City The name of the brewery is not yet registered... This brewery is related to Shibusawa Eiichi. Enpei is the name of the previous master brewer. The rice is Akebono and it is brewed in a four-stage process. It has a sweet taste and a full-bodied flavor. I felt the lingering alcohol taste was long. Retro label with QR code.

It starts with a refreshing sweet and spicy taste, and finishes with a gentle sweetness. It is a sake that is hard to drink even in Okayama. Ran-no-Homare is also delicious. ★★★★
