The nose is mild and slightly acidic with a hint of alcohol.
It has a slightly sour and hard mouthfeel, with a hint of sweetness at first, followed by a gradual spread of sourness.
After swallowing, the bitterness cancels out the acidity, and the aftertaste is a refreshing pungency from the bitterness, with a slightly long aftertaste.

It has no impact, but it does not have the sake-like feel that I expected, and it is easy to drink due to its solid structure.
