Domestic makkoli made by a sake brewer.
It is treated as a liqueur 😄.
Even though it is a liquor, there is an expiration date on it😮.
It's a yogurt drink 🐄 as it says on the back
It's much sweeter and more sour than Korean makgeolli😋.
I tried to drink it with beer 🍺 as that is the "popular" way to drink it!
The sourness disappears, the sweetness is reduced, and the bitterness is increased.
The fruity aftertaste makes me nostalgic, but I can't remember what it tastes like 😣.
