ヒラッチョ
Sake sold in Kamakura.
The brewery is Nagai Honke in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture.
A very ordinary, classical sake with a clean acidity.
It is slightly easier to drink when heated, but the dry aftertaste extends and sometimes it is good to have a very ordinary sake.
Today, my family and I went to Kamakura for the first time in a while.
We enjoyed the atmosphere of the ancient capital of the Kanto Samurai, which was a place of sturdy and solid quality.
We had the last hour of free time on our way home to buy some sake.
In addition to this Kamakura Gozan, I was able to get some other sake from Kanagawa Prefecture in 300ml bottles.

I thought it might not have anything to do with the "Kamakura Gozan" that I am drinking now, but since Jomyoji Temple is one of the five temples in the Kamakura Gozan, I decided that it is indeed related to the five temples in Kamakura.
At Jomyoji Temple, we spent a quiet time in the tea ceremony room "Kisen-an" while enjoying powdered green tea and looking at the dry landscape garden.
