(Takoshima-cho, Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture/Sakurada Sake Brewery)
This sake was bottled from the Sakurada Sake Brewery, which was found under the rubble of the Noto earthquake. I bought this precious sake from an acquaintance who lives in Kanazawa, and I would like to savor it and drink it in a leisurely manner, while giving thanks to the people of Noto.
