Strong aroma (matured sake type 😚)
The acidity is quite strong! (There is a little sweetness, but the acidity is so strong that it seems to override it!)
If I were to drink sake alone, I would probably drink it a little after dinner. It would be fun to pair these distinctive sakes 🥰.
