When you put it in your mouth, the fruity aroma goes through your nose. It has a "smooth" mouthfeel that only Junmai Daiginjo can provide, and it disappears down the back of the throat with ease. I paired it with sashimi, and Junmai Daiginjo and sashimi are the best match. 😄.
