This is a dry junmai sake from Hayashi Honten.
This is my first time drinking it. It has a fruity aroma!
It is also fruity on the palate.
It is moderately dry.
It is a good sake to savor alone after a meal.
I think it would be good to drink it sitting on the porch in the coming fall season!
