Classic dry junmai sake. When served well chilled, it has a smooth, refreshing taste with a rich, full-bodied flavor, When served well chilled, it has a full-bodied, refreshing mouthfeel with a clean, crisp finish. It has no cloying taste and is truly an "easy-to-drink dry sake. The flavor profile becomes more pronounced when served cold. On this day, I paired it with fresh firefly squid, a souvenir from Toyama. The local flavors went well together. A perfect bottle for a quiet evening drink. Pouring it into a 📷 tin sake cup, the first sip is a clean and elegant "whoa" moment. We definitely recommend drinking it cold!
