I got the name wrong again, so I'll put it back up this time (too blurry).
I went out today and found this Hyakuninichi-shu by Kamosho Sake Brewery at a roadside station.
Yamana Sake Brewery also had it, but it was sold at a place where it was not refrigerated, so I wondered what it was. I thought to myself, "What the heck is this?
This sake is made by one person in a small sake brewery.
The rice is made from Koshihikari rice grown in the Kamosho area.
I thought it was sweet at first sip, but it was not so. After a while, it became spicy.
I feel like I'm going to get drunk. It is delicious!
