Purchased at Saegusa Sake Shop (Kofu City) during a trip to Yamanashi.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of daiginjo and a fruity flavor, but the rice flavor is conveyed well down the throat. When paired with red tuna, the flavor becomes more mellow, making it a perfect match for sashimi.
