A combination of various coincidental factors led me to stay at home for the first time in a very long time.
Finally, I was able to open a bottle of sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you can smell the aroma of wood like sake from a barrel. After that, the gentle aroma is gone, and then it becomes crisp and tight.
I can understand why it is said that the cooler it is, the better it tastes.
I also want to enjoy the change in sharpness after opening the bottle.
Personally, I really prefer the aomi of this bottle.
