さなD
Rice used is unknown
It seems to be a sake brewery in Kishiwada that has been in business for over 200 years.
This is a traditional sweet Junmaishu.
It has a fluffy sweet taste and finishes with a spicy taste that goes through the nose.
It is light and well balanced.
It also went well with grilled meat.
We don't get to see this Osaka sake very often, but this time
I bought it at the Campfire "Osaka Sake no Jin" event.
I️ am looking forward to this event.
