[Process] Citric acid malt sweet sake yeast (made with whole malt and soaked in Akamaru Usuki)

[Akamaru Usukari] Rinnesha Corporation (Cultivated at our own farm in Takigami-cho, Monbetsu-gun, Hokkaido)
This doburoku has a refreshing light flavor, but also has a strong depth.
