TimmyI happened to pick up this sake as a souvenir on my first visit to Ishinomaki. The aroma is aromatic like a banana, but when you drink it, it is a fruity sake with a light texture that is easy to drink. Sake that you find on an adventure makes a deeper impression when you encounter it. The sake brewery, Sasaki Sake Brewery, seems to be a sake brewery that was revived after the earthquake.
