Where to buy】Musashino Shuzo Brewery Sake Kasu Nabe (one-pot dish with sake lees) Purchased after visiting a sake brewery and tasting sake. I also got sakekasu (sake lees), so I made a sakekasu nabe. At first it looked sweet, but as the label said, it had a sharp taste. It is not spicy, however, and has a lingering aftertaste of well-honed umami. It is really luxurious to enjoy a pot of Sakekasu Nabe with a glass of Ski Masamune. Rating: S

Skiing techniques were first introduced to Japan in earnest in Niigata Prefecture! In 1911, an Austrian officer, Major Lerch, introduced the technique to local soldiers as part of their wintering military training. This sake was originally called "Koshiyama Masamune" but was renamed "Ski Masamune" in the Showa era. It's good....good 👍
