A series of alcoholic beverages my dad was drinking when I went home to my parents.
It's not so bad, not so bad, just a good sake.
It's enough to drink this kind of sake with beer for dinner.
I heard that the toji (master brewer) of Nemoto Sake Brewery quit about 2 years ago, but I thought it would be a relief if they could make sake like this, but...
But then I looked at the label and saw that it was made by Mito-based Meiri Sake Brewery........
It was a bit sad.
Still, I hope this local sake brewery will remain!
