Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Niigata after the Tenma Taisakekai.
It is rare to find Omachi in Niigata.
According to the store's pop-up, it has a Sake Degree of -11.
The top aroma is a little pineapple. The sweet acidity and gassiness are impressive. Unique fruity flavor like plum. As it says on the back, there is a bit of astringency at the end. It made me want to drink more Chiyonomitsu.
I think it is a unique Omachi sake and Niigata sake 🤔.
On the third day, the freshly opened peculiarity is lessened, but the acidity seems to be more assertive.
The more time goes by, the more Omachi it becomes.
