The sake rice is Dewasanbana, produced in Yamagata Prefecture. Miyamanishiki x Hanafukuyuki = Dewa Sanzan
I wonder if I've ever had this sake rice before? I'm not sure 🤭.
Mild ginjo aroma and beautiful sweetness. It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a beautiful sweetness, and it finishes softly like cherry blossoms. I wonder if the color of the label is pink because it says 😊.
I took a sip and said "Delicious~❣️".
I think I prefer it by itself rather than as a food wine. With a meal, the sweetness left a bit of a taste in my mouth. ☺️
