遥瑛チチHana-Shume," a sake from a revived brewery in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, which was featured on Tokoro-san's "Laughing at You" last fall.
We were lucky enough to get an assortment set (❓trial set) of 3 sake for souvenirs, so we compared them!

Hanashomi Junmai Ginjo (pink label)
This one also has a slight citrus 🍊 aroma.
On the palate, the sweetness and umami are quite strong!
But it also has the sharpest and cleanest taste. ❗️
It has a clear and distinct taste👍
