Unlike the ogara-mi, this Kangiku does not have any sizzling sensation at all, so the sweetness and umami can be directly conveyed 😀 I would rather drink the red sake with a sweeter taste.
I prefer the light red color, but the wife says she likes this one better because it conveys sweetness and umami directly to her 😀.
Anyway, she says that Kangiku is not a sake but a delicious drink named Kangiku 😀.
