Among them, the support sake from the Yoshida Sake Brewery. I must try it! I had to try it!
It is a sweet sake, as is the case with kijoshu, but it is also light and elegant! But it is light and elegant.
The rice used for the sake is Hyakumangoku No Shiro, which gives it a full-bodied sweetness.
By the way, 1,000 yen is donated for each bottle of this sake, which is amazing. It seems to be some kind of Shinsei mechanism.
