WOMWhat everyone can do! In Ishikawa Prefecture, a partnership is underway in which sake breweries in Kaga are taking care of surviving Noto breweries' sake, squeezing it, and lending their equipment. The revival of Noto sake is not far away! I am also very grateful that the circle of support is spreading throughout the country. I am happy to see more and more support sake being produced. Among them, the support sake from the Yoshida Sake Brewery. I must try it! I had to try it! It is a sweet sake, as is the case with kijoshu, but it is also light and elegant! But it is light and elegant. The rice used for the sake is Hyakumangoku No Shiro, which gives it a full-bodied sweetness. By the way, 1,000 yen is donated for each bottle of this sake, which is amazing. It seems to be some kind of Shinsei mechanism. In any case, I will support them in any way I can.
