This Honjozo is from Nada, Kobe. It is a simple easy drink with a surprising mild floral nose but a dry cereal grain delivery.
Made with both yamada Nishiki rice and gohyakumangoku, i recommend this bottle for getting drunk... Any time... Anywhere. Cheers and Kanpai! Xx
