It was getting chilly, so I got some hot sake.
He was measuring the temperature as he warmed it up.
And he even took a sip before serving to make sure it was hot.
It was amazing!
I've always preferred cold sake, but I was impressed by how much better it tasted when heated to the correct temperature.
