Sutera Honnou Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered
My personal favorite sake of the top ranking.
It is moist and sweet on the palate. Sweet like milk ice cream.
A little muscat aroma. Aroma is more subdued than that of sake made with sake from the Gendai River.
Goes well with cheesecake!
At the brewery
Sutera Premium Arabashiri
Sutera Premium Shizuku-shu
Sutera Premium Hand-pressed
Sake Brewing Co.
I bought arabashiri because I like the gaseous and rough taste. ざわわSake brewery tours for comparison
1. Honezawa Hon-nama Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo
Freshly pressed and dry. A little alcohol escapes through the nose.
Excellent with rice crackers.
2. Nenmogawa Junmai Ginjo Nama Haru no Kasumishu V2
V2 stands for ver2, and since it was released on April 1, I was able to be the first to drink it.
The aroma is fresh with a muscat aroma.
The taste was not sweet, but had a nice bitterness that gave it a spring-like flavor.
On 4/1, there was a portable shrine at Tsukuba Shrine. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
