Kawatake Brewery is located in Taki-machi, Taki-gun, Mie Prefecture, the home of Ise Jingu Shrine, and is surrounded by lush greenery and the Kushida River, which is associated with Yamatohime-no-mikoto, the origin of the Saiku Shrine.
Kawatake Brewery draws water from underground from the Miya River system, which is recognized by the Japanese government as the best in Japan, and uses the brewery's one and only sake rice, Yuminariho, to produce sake that is particular about "beauty" and "taste.
We want people all over the world to drink beautiful sake, and we continue to refine our techniques to create sake that is beautiful from the inside out, and that is in harmony with the beauty and life of the human body.
