Last Sunday, my father-in-law came to visit us from the Kanto region for the first time in a while, so we went to a restaurant we had wanted to visit for a long time. Adults had the extra high grade eel (6 slices), and my daughter had the top grade eel (8 slices). I had a glass of Nabeshima to go with the vinegared uzaku and the grilled liver.
It has a fresh aroma, a chili-chili-acid taste, and a light flavor, and is even more delicious with eel.
