Next to Jigen, I headed for the line for Jyushiyo. I was surprised, but I got in line. I took this picture of the venue from the line. It was crowded. I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would, and I got around in about 60 minutes. And we were poured by Mr. Takagi, a legend. He had an aura about him. The taste of the sake was even more intense and drew me into the world of sake. 60ml, but I was very satisfied. ☺️
