Bought on impulse because of the label.
Tokushima sake, a Shikoku sake after a long time.
I was expecting freshness.
When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity is so strong and sour that it even lingers in the aftertaste.
It also has some sweetness, but the acidity is so strong that I didn't like it.
After the second day, the impression is a little calmer.
