I went to the trouble of buying it because they were selling Li Bai tasting.
At room temperature.
The aroma is subdued.
The water is soft and not that heavy, making it an easy drinking, calm mellow sake type. There is a slight sweetness from the rice.
The aftertaste is normal.
Recommended for intermediate to advanced drinkers.
