しゃくやく
This is the chukadori version of Saku Enochi, which won first place in the 2018 SAKE COMPETITION Junmai Ginjo category. Although the year of manufacture is different, it is a delicious taste that only TOP can deliver.
Sweet like a pear, it has a gorgeous and elegant aroma, with a delicate and transparent flavor on the palate.
In the mouth, you can sense a delicate and clear flavor, and a crisp finish with acidity. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity, and is a very elegant sake.
This is truly one of those bottles that you should be careful not to drink too much of.
