I haven't been drinking heated sake since it hasn't gotten very cold, but I finally opened a bottle of this one that I bought for heating sake.
The brewing year is 2020, so it has been aged for more than 3 years!
First, it was served cold.
It has a slightly peculiar taste with a sense of maturity from the acidity, and it finishes with a spiciness!
It is delicious in this way.
Warmed, the acidity stands out and the spiciness finishes with a refreshing umami taste.
When heated, the acidity becomes less pronounced and it becomes a dry sake that is very easy to drink 😁.
I prefer it cold to warm 😋.
It tastes similar to Sairyu from Nara 🤔.

I'd like to say it's getting chilly in the mornings and evenings, but it's not so easy 😅.
We also have a bottle of sake dedicated to heating sake, but it hasn't come into use yet 😑.
But this makes me want to drink it 😚😚.
