At room temperature. Fresher than expected!
Slight sweetness and sourness, the bitterness of the aftertaste is rather firm. It's not carbonated, but it's fresh because of the piquancy. But it's calm and kind of nice.
I heated it up.
Oh, it's good! It's fresh, but has a lot of volume and is very drinkable. It has a nuance of nama-shu, which is a bit of a hindrance, but it's totally delicious.
It's an interesting sake. I'm going to let it sit for now and let it settle down, then it will be even better.
