This sake was brewed in Ome City, Tokyo, and was drunk at my wife's parents' home when we stopped by there on a trip home for my father's memorial service. It was mellow and rich, yet refreshing. Even though it was a 19% sake, it was easy to drink and tasted great. It is a luxury to taste local sake with snacks.
