About 10 days ago, on 1/9 holiday
I picked up the 15th favorite, Ponsan (not Pon-chan 😁), in the paddock on the 3rd round of the Chuo Horse Race in Nakayama, and watched the final of the high school soccer championship in a good mood after winning a double and a wide with the 3rd place ⚽It was a good game ⚽.
I was impressed by Okayama Gakugeikan's persistent and muddy play against Higashiyama's technical skills.
This time, we checked in at Kaze no Mori, where we finally met
100% Akitsuho rice produced in Uda, Nara Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 16%.
Sake meter degree - Acidity
Deep underground water from the Kongo-Katsuragi Mountains is used as the brewing water.
We are so glad that we decided to check in with Kaze no Mori for the first time in Nara Prefecture.
A pleasant popping sound when the bottle is opened.
When we poured it into the glass, there were a few fine bubbles on the glass, probably due to the micro-foaming!
It has a gentle and elegant aroma of pears like Kosui or Toyosui, not pears.
The aroma through the nose is also pear-like.
Anyway, it is very elegant.
Actually, I bought another bottle of Kaze no Mori and a bottle of Akitsuho with a different brewing process and was planning to compare them, but I was so happy to be able to taste it that I drank a lot of it 😁.
It's so good!

Good evening, Koizo🙂.
I used to drink Kaze no Mori when I started drinking sake. It's inexpensive and tastes great and was very good to me 😌I can't help but stay away from Kaze no Mori when I live in Nara. Maybe I should go back to my roots and drink it 🤔

Hello 😍.
I was so happy when I found you😍.
There are so many different numbers, now I wonder which one I should buy and drink 🤔 I'm looking forward to it, but when will I come across it? 😁.

Hello.
I wonder if it's the same as I don't drink Izumibashi anymore in Kanagawa? I think Kaze no Mori is more popular compared to Izumibashi though 😁! I envy you that you can always get it. I think I'll go back to my roots and drink Izumibashi too 😁.
