This year's Hello is 15 degrees. The light nigori was only available at Isego and Kadoya, but now it is available nationwide, but this time it is a clear sake.
The aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, it is like a refreshing melon. I never remember Hello as being this squishy. It has a slight wooden barrel feel to it. I don't know if it is made in wooden vats or not. The impression is quite different from the Hello of last year, and it seems to be more recent. It is delicious.
