We asked for a warmed-up version, but it's a delicious warmed-up sake that has a creamy taste and a nice acidity, just like the sake principle.
The quality of this sake goes well with fermented snacks such as cheese and other snacks, and it goes perfectly with grilled salmon baked with sake lees from Kagamiyama.
