The season of illuminated chrysanthemums has come. This year, too, we chose orikagami.
Oh, it has a nice aroma of lactic acid, pear-like, and fluffy. The aroma and gasiness are not too strong and pleasant.
The sweetness is predominant, but it is short-lived and quickly changes to sourness. After the acidity, a gentle bitterness is added, again with a pleasant finish.
As one would expect from Densho-Kiku. In the past few years, there has never been an outlier, making it a super stable brand. Finally, the new sake season has begun!
