Kumakichi
The red Collage is a must-see!
The red one is a limited edition of Kuraku's hanpukai and it's a nigorizake of Gohyakumangoku!
The red color of the sake is a little bit different from the red color of the red one, but it's still a good choice.
This season it was a Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake made from polished Gohyakumangoku!
The first day of opening the bottle, the sound and force of the opening of the bottle was so strong that the crown was blown off!
It didn't blow out, but it had a strong fizzy feeling! However, the fizziness was so strong that it was hard to feel the sweetness and flavor of the fresh taste!
However, on the third day, the fizziness subsided and the sweetness of Ihyakumangoku was slowly brought out.
It is delicious! The first day, the bubbles were gone, and the sweetness of the Ihyakumangoku was brought out.
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
