According to the social networking site of the brewery, it is a medium-brewed sake. It has a fresh mouthfeel and a pineapple-like sweetness. The aftertaste is short but bitter at the end. I think it could be a good one depending on how it is sold 🤔.
The taste is reminiscent of Hanahayo.
Smokiness comes out as the temperature rises.
