Fruity, but with a refined sweetness and flavor that goes well with Tsumami, and just the right amount of sweet and sour acidity. Elegant and smooth, but with a strong umami flavor. Is this the special A district Yamadanishiki? Is it Nabeshima's skillful brewing?
Either way, it is delicious! Good cost performance!
