Togakushi Junmai Ginjo made with Yamae Nishiki.
This is the raw sake.
This is my first time drinking Togakushi, but it gives the impression of a fresh and well-balanced sake.
It has a strong aroma, but is a very crisp sake that is very easy to drink as a food sake.
I guess the non-nama sake is a bit lighter.
I would like to try that one if I see it.
