I bought it at Kioka Sake Shop in Hou on my way back from going to the crazy salad house to buy Uraharu Shika. Located in a residential area on a narrow street. There is a parking lot, but it would be better to walk there.
It's a narrow street, but you have to go two ways...
As the name of the restaurant suggests, it has a wide selection of Belgian beers. I got the impression that they mainly serve beer and shochu rather than sake. Sake: Koeikiku, Kido, Haginoro-Dew, Garyubai, Kameizumi, Junsei, Okura, Kuroemon 16, Yokoyama, Senrikyu, Sugiyamu, Doukan (Shiga), Sendai Musubi, Saeki Hisho, Tsukiyama, etc. I guess they have more one-sho bottles than four-goules.
The rice is Gin-no-Yume. It is fruity and sweeter than the Takayuki 63 we drank the other day. It's like a cider with less sweetness. It also has a green apple-like atmosphere.
It also seems to have a sourness like plum.
CEL-24 is too sweet, but it might be good for those who want to drink something sweet.
Third and fourth, I bought Minoh Beer's Peach Weizen at the crazy salad hall. I also bought a beer from Uchiu Brewing.
It was fruity but not too sweet, with a hint of peachiness.

Was it the sake supermarket Yamamoto? There is a store near Crossmall near Tsuga-Mikita 😊.
By the way, have you ever been to Kioka?

The guy at the restaurant was younger than I expected, but I guess he wasn't the general? Or was it his son?
