ばんばんぶー
This is the first shooting star of the project to compare Yamanoi's seasonal sake, whose labels are not distinguishable at a glance.
The sweetness, spiciness (in this case, the aroma of alcohol gives the impression of cutting through), acidity, and bitterness are in just the right balance, and the taste disappears smoothly without changing from the attack to the aftertaste.
It is said to be a blend of three different sakes, but the harmony is so exquisite that one wonders if it was blended to balance the flavors.
According to the liquor store, either the Amanogawa or this shooting star will be sold out, so I will taste them carefully....
